My estimated delivery window has passed and I still haven’t received my package.

Keep in mind that estimated delivery windows DO NOT include weekends. Additionally, shipping delays do happen from time to time and they are unfortunately out of our control. However, if your delivery window has passed and you still have not received your email, please contact us and we will track down your package for you.
